On Thursday, August 4th at 10 a.m., SABA San Diego is hosting a zoom talk on recent events in Sri Lanka. Sri Lankan lawyer Bhavani Fonseka (Centre for Policy Alternatives) and Sri Lanka expert Alan Keenan (International Crisis Group) will explore what transpired in recent weeks and what these events mean for democracy, constitutional change, accountability, and the rule of law in Sri Lanka.
